Coach Stefan

Stefan Lems, is a well known and internationally respected expert in the  MMA scene. Stefan  was trained by Kops Gym and passes on his knowledge and professional experiences in the MMA and Wrestling field. Most people also know Stefan Lems as Cutman Stefan, who is actively involved in many large international MMA organizations in taking care of the fighters inside and outside the cage. Coach Stefan, being Ruthless in the flesh, is one of the founding fathers of Ruthless Fight Company and makes sure all eyes stay on the successes of Team Ruthless.

Coach Amir

Coach Amir is an all round Mixed Martial Arts expert. His quick analytical eye for talent defines the fine quality he sets. Coach Amir is Head of our professional fighters group and enjoys every detail of the tough MMA business we are in. Coach Amir's dedication and passion for his Ruthless team is one of the key succes factors, that Ruthless Fight Company enjoys.

Coach Leandro

Coach Leandro, five-time Brazilian jiu-jitsu World Champion in ONE Championship. In addition to his BJJ black belt credentials, the Brazilian Black Belt is also grown a complete martial artist.

Coach Leandro is black belt, under famous coach Wendell Alexander, with all-round MMA and Striking skills. He made his professional cage debut in 2008, with an impressive international record. Leandro is a great addition to the Ruthless team. Besides his active professional fighting career, at Ruthless Leandro mainly focuses on the BJJ, Grappling classes for young and adults. Leandro is also a true role model for our amateur and professional MMA fighters. His presence during these fighting sessions, highers the bar for all of our athletes with ambitions.

Coach Ale Garcia

Coach Ale Garcia, our BJJ/No Gi coach. A Black Belt under Gil Catarino. Ale is a well experienced BJJ and No Gi coach and an active competitor under the best BJJ organizations in the world (IBJJF and AJP). In the AJP season 2021/2022 Ale was ranked no. 2 in Spain.Currently, Ale takes care of the Grappling and BJJ classes for adults, youth and kids. He is also our account manager for the BJJ competition team at Ruthless. Ale's dedication, high expectations, full support and love of the sports has resulted in mainly gold, silver and bronze victories for our BJJ team.

Coach Harrold

Coach Harrold has been part of the Ruthless team ever since the beginning. He started as a beginner, with a judo and karate background. Starting with MMA, and later BJJ, made him find his real passion for BJJ. His devotion to the sports brought him to his purple belt under coach Ale Garcia. Harrold is an experienced competitor in BJJ and supports the BJJ and MMA classes, mainly for our Ruthless kids.

Coach Billy

Thé Striking coach, everyone talks about. The Professional class MMA fighter that he is, with years of experience in and outside the combat cage, is what makes him our splendid Head Striking coach for All level fighters. Coach Billy knows what it takes to win. With his eye for details and dedication , he makes sure the fighters are fully prepared and guaranteed of success.

Coach Djamil

Djamil Chan, started as Ruthless Fight Company's first Talent and Succes. Our 3 times lightweight GMC Champ and 2 times Respect FC Champ,  defined the benchmark for Ruthless. Chan has had many international fights in the largest MMA organizations, like TUF, Bellator, Brave combat federation and many others. Now a veteran of the sport. Chan passes on his passion and professional experiences with Ruthless' future talents.
