Heavy Bag or Strenght & Condition Training 

Condition training can be as heavy as you want

Beginner without (top) condition? No problem! You will be able to participate at your own pace. You will see that you develop quickly and that you advance every lesson. This makes you faster and your punches more powerful.
 

Seven times a week there is room to raise your heart rate within an hour. Heavy Bag or Strenght & Condtion training is an interval training in which you train most of the time with two people.
