Grappling Lessen

Grappling is a self-defense sport that focuses on ground fighting. It is similar to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). While grappling also includes throws and wrestling techniques, the primary emphasis is on transitions to dominant control positions, submissions, and holds on the ground.
