Of course, you're welcome to visit first. You can also join a trial class right away. We appreciate it if you sign up for the trial class in advance. This helps us manage the number of participants and ensures that everyone gets the attention they deserve.

There are no limitations. With both your unlimited membership and your punch card, you can participate in all classes. A heavy bag punch card is more affordable than the regular punch card and can only be used for heavy bag training sessions.

All memberships are paid via direct debit and will be automatically withdrawn from your account each month. Punch cards can be purchased at the front desk with cash payment.  

You can also purchase a six-month or annual membership with a one-time cash payment at the front desk. This means you pay the full membership fee upfront.

Sorry to see you go! Cancellation is only possible in writing. Please request a cancellation form at the front desk. We apply a one-month notice period after your six-month or annual membership.
